PRIVATE KARTS

REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS TO SPORTS FACILITIES – COVID19

This annex to the general regulations of the circuit contains the special provisions in the context of the COVID-19 measures and supplements the existing conditions of use of the circuit as they apply today.

The Covid-19 pandemic and the directives issued by the various authorities in this context force us to impose additional measures to practice our sport as safely as possible. Naturally, generally applicable government guidelines will continue to apply. The measures listed below supplement these guidelines and apply to everyone on the Karting Des Fagnes site. All drivers and any accompanying persons who enter the site explicitly accept the application of these rules.

We urge everyone to respect these rules, with the necessary common sense and courtesy! These measures can be modified at any time depending on the orders of the authorities or simply for better protection of athletes. Please also check our website regularly for updates.

For more information: https://www.info-coronavirus.be/fr/

Failure to comply with the rules in this annex will result in administrative sanctions, such as fines and exclusion from access to the sites for a short or long period.

In particular, coaches and drivers holding a racing license are people with an exemplary role to play in respecting these rules.

  1. Track rights:
  • Daily piste rights are sold at the cafeteria counter, specially designed for the occasion (queue with marking on the ground of distances of 1.50m to be respected / 1 person at a time to take the piste rights)
  • Preference is given to card payments and contactless payments.
  1. Kart shop
  • Shipping of orders is desirable.
  1. Health regulations
  • Wearing a mouth mask is strongly recommended for all people who come into contact with each other on site, even if the distance of 1.5 meters is guaranteed
  • Wearing a mask is obligatory in the cafeteria
  • The owner of the circuit cannot be held responsible for the provision of masks. This responsibility lies with the individual participants on the site.
  • If there is any doubt about a visitor's state of health, they will leave the site at the simple request of the circuit manager (or their staff/volunteers).
  1. Disinfectant gel and washing facilities

Disinfectant gel will be provided at different locations:

Before entering these areas, we expressly request that you use these products.

  1. Paddock
  • Respect the distance rules!
  • Any light structures must be spaced 2 meters apart
  • Any tents must be ventilated as much as possible, the sides will remain open
  • Distance rules must also be applied in tents, allow 10m2 per person
  • Staying overnight in the paddock is not permitted -> all persons must leave the site once training is completed
  • The paddock is not a 'cafe', going in and out of each other's tents is not a good example of social distancing and should be avoided.
