• TERMS OF SALES
  1. The general conditions of sale below are valid for any Kart storage location rental contract between the Karting des Fagnes Company and the Customer, natural person or legal entity. It extends to all the services offered by Karting des Fagnes.
  2. Throughout the duration of the contract, the Customer benefits from the provision of a storage location. In return, the Customer undertakes to pay in advance an annual fee allowing him to use it in compliance with the General Conditions and any annexes.
  3. Our offers are made without binding any party concerned.
  4. The contract is concluded for a period of one year. The contract will then be renewed by tacit agreement for successive periods of one year, according to the fee in force on the date of renewal of the contract. It may be terminated by either party at any time, with notice of 15 days before the annual deadline, served by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand-delivered letter countersigned by the other. part. Failing this, the contract will be renewed until the next expiry date.
  5. Only the kart itself can be stored in the location, no accessories can be left with the kart (cart, equipment, wheels, etc.)
  6. As the premises are not heated in winter, the owner of the kart will ensure that no liquid can freeze and therefore damage any part of the kart. Karting des Fagnes cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for this type of damage.
  Karting des Fagnes strongly recommends the use of a “kart cover” type tarpaulin in order to prevent any oxidation due to temperature changes in the storage room.
  7. For any use of the kart by a person other than the owner and in the absence of the latter, prior authorization must be sent to Karting des Fagnes
  8. Our invoices must be paid in cash, unless other conditions are expressly mentioned.
  9. In the absence of payment on the agreed due date, interest of €20 is charged automatically and without notice per month starting from the due date until full payment of the sums due. In the event of a delay of more than 3 years in site payments, Karting Des Fagnes will automatically become the owner of the kart left on its premises.
  10. Belgian legislation applies to all our agreements. For any dispute between the dealing parties, only the courts of Charleroi have jurisdiction.
